No Boundaries - Train to RUN a 5K

No Boundaries FIT I is a coached & organized group training program aimed at those who are coming off the couch and wish to learn to run. Your goal event is a 5K race (3.1 miles). Fleet Feet has over 10 years of experience in offering a "couch to 5K" learn to run program and the continued success of our graduates is proof that our programs are effective at getting you to your goal. We also offer 15/30 Training as an option in this program for those interested in training for a 5K through the use of 15 second run/30 second walk interval training.

No Boundaries FIT II is a coached & organized group training program aimed at those who wish to improve their 5K experience. Your goal event is a 5K race (3.1 miles).  Fleet Feet has over 10 years of experience in offering organized training programs and our graduates are known for reaching their goal as well as being prepared physically and mentally.

Walk FIT Camp - Train to WALK a 5K

Walk FIT Camp is a coach-led training program that offers a professionally designed proven approach to starting your fitness journey. Your goal event is a 5K race (3.1 miles). You'll be coached, guided, and encouraged every step of the way!
