Halfer In Training (HIT) - Train to RUN or WALK a Half Marathon

Halfer In Training (HIT) is a distance training program for runners and walkers. This program will prepare you to run or walk a half marathon in 16-19 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our half marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. We offer 12 half marathon pace groups. We also offer 15/30 Training as an option in this program for those interested in training for a Half Marathon through the use of 15 second run/30 second walk interval training.

Marathoner In Training (MIT) - Train to RUN or WALK a Marathon

Marathoner In Training (MIT) is a distance training program for runners and walkers. This program will prepare you to run or walk full marathon in 16-19 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our full marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. We offer 10 marathon pace groups.

Advanced Half Marathon and Advanced Full Marathon Training (AHT/AMT) - Train to IMPROVE Your Half or Full Marathon

The Fleet Feet Tulsa Advanced Half Marathon and Advanced Marathon Training Programs (AHT/AMT) are designed for runners of all abilities who have the desire to improve upon past performance. Participants from past programs have trained for 3:20 to 6:00 goal marathons. The AHT/AMT Programs are unique in that throughout a training season the Coach provides training advice and adjusts workouts to maximize the success of each individual runner. In addition, the workouts for the AHT/AMT Program are progressive in nature (each workout builds on previous workouts), adding mileage and speed at the same time. Paces are dictated and workouts are focused on current fitness level so that the increase in mileage and speed can be done safely. The program has proven to be very successful. Since the start of the program, 92% of participants that have completed the AHT/AMT program have had a personal record in their goal race with rare occurrence of injury.
