TRAIN TO RUN A 10K (or 15K Tulsa Run)

Advanced Pathways is an 8 - 10 week coached intermediate running program specifically designed to help you improve your 10k time (or 15k Tulsa Run time for fall). Advanced Pathways offers various pace groups and provides the same coaching, support, motivation and encouragement that all of our training programs are famous for. Advanced Pathways also offers a great foundation in terms of mileage and workouts for those who wish to go even longer distances in the future. In the fall this program is the official Tulsa Run 15K Training Program. If your goal is to improve your 10k (or Tulsa Run 15k) time, then this is the program for you! Must have participated in Pathways or can run or run/walk a 10k while maintaining a 13:00 min/mile.  Must be 16 to participant on your own.  Children ages 12 and up are welcome provided they are with a parent or guardian at all times.

Each Session Includes:
- Three weekly organized and coached training runs 
- 1 End of Session Goal Race (Race Fee NOT Included in Registration Price)  
9 - 10 Weeks Race Fee NOT Included
WINTER 2016-2017: Dec 12 - Feb 18
SPRING 2017: Feb 27 - Apr 29
SUMMER 2017: Jun 5 - Aug 5
FALL 2017: Aug 21 - Oct 28
WINTER: Sweetheart Run 10K
SPRING: Golden Driller 10K
SUMMER: Bedlam Run 10K
FALL: Tulsa Run 15K
Weekly Schedule Saturday Morning

BLUE DOME: Monday - 5:45pm
TU TRACK: Tuesday - 6pm
KINGSPOINTE: Thursday - 6pm

NOTE: We have established this weekly schedule to mirror the same days and types of runs that are on the schedule for our Half and Full Marathon Program. This schedule and format will better prepare you for longer distances.   

SATURDAY MORNING RUNS: Location for your long run will rotate between Fleet Feet Stores; start time will vary by season
