Bike Training

Fleet Feet Bike Training is an endurance cycling training program for beginner to advanced-intermediate cyclists to train for mass-start group rides like Tulsa Tough's fondos (not the criterium racing). Emphasis will be on advancing endurance and safe group-riding skills. A standard road bike with drop bars, multiple gears and slick tires is highly recommended. Triathlon/time-trial bikes and hybrid bikes are allowed. No mountain/fat bikes. Participants should have a working knowledge of their bicycle (including braking and changing gears) and be able to ride at least one hour at 10-12 miles per hour by the start of the program.

 

Bike Kit (NOT included with Program Registration - all Participants receive a discount to purchase) - 2018 version pictured, new version in the works for 2019!

PROGRAM FORMAT
Each Session Includes
-Two weekly coach-led training rides including a Sunday long ride with sag support.
