Good Form Walking Clinic, is a FREE program created by New Balance. This clinic will teach you about incorporating three principles of proper form for fitness and leisure walking. These three principles include : Stride Footstrike Posture In each clinic, attendees will be shown fitness tips and exercises and as a group. The Good Form Walking Ambassador will videotape and analyze your form to help you improve your walking form.
