These classes will enhance your Running or Walking by taking you through specific drills that will teach you the basic tenets of Good Form Running or Good Form Walking, as well as injury prevention and self massage techniques.
Please come dressed to run, because we will videotape you and work with you on how to enhance your form for improved efficiency and injury prevention. Our certified instructor will also spend time demonstrating key rolling techniques that will allow you to get the most out of your “rolling time”.
The cost to participate in the class is $10. Participants will receive a $5 coupon upon completion of clinic to be used within one week of the class. Must attend the class to receive the $5 coupon.
If classes do not meet minimum of 5 participants they will be cancelled and your registration fee will be refunded. Bring friends!
