About the Event:
Fleet Feet Sports of Tulsa is pleased to present the 5th Annual Cinco de Mayo Run. Events include a 5km electronic timed race and a one mile Fun Run (non-timed).

Details:
The 2008 race will start and finish near the north end of Veterans Park in Tulsa, located at 18th and Boulder Avenue. Plenty of free parking is available to the north of the park in surface lots. Handicapped parking will be available in the lot near Spirit Bank on the north end of the park. Registration and timing device distribution will be in the parking lot on the north end of the park by 18th and Main Street. Due to downtown road construction, both races will be run on courses that use Riverside Drive. The 5km run is electronically timed; pick up your timing device on race day at registration! You must wear a timing device on your shoe to be scored in the 5km run!

Proceeds:
Proceeds form the event will benefit Tulsa Public Schools through our school challenge program, which awards local elementary schools based on participation.
