The Spring 2/5-5/7 Fleet Feet – OU Physicians – TRC track schedule is now available!
Join us every Tuesday night at the TU Track – 6th and Delaware on the TU campus – for a speed workout. Arrive by 5:45 p.m. to warm up. Stretching starts at 6 p.m. followed by the workout. We host this special weekly “speed workout” year round. Track workouts are a great way to improve your PRs. You will learn about pacing and find that incorporating track workouts is a great way to get fitter. We have many pace groups so you will be able to run with others who are a similar speed.
