Our trained staff will demonstrate and teach you effective injury prevention and management exercises utilizing Trigger Point technology. This approach will not only make your shins feel better but it will also assist with Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, and other issues in the lower leg. Please bring your own Trigger Point kit, or these will be available for purchase at the clinic.
