

NAME: Walk Fit Beginner Information Meeting

LOCATION: Fleet Feet KingsPointe
WHAT: Walk Fit Beginner training program will help participants take the first step on the way to a healthy lifestyle. A supportive and trained coach will help participants meet fitness friends and a walking routine of 10,000 steps a day to help improve their fitness level and overall health. Participants will be encouraged and prepared to walk a 5K or fun run event at the end of the training program. This program is offered at Fleet Feet KingsPointe, Fleet Feet Blue Dome, and in Owasso. The goal race for Spring 2013 Walk Fit Beginner program is Cinco De Mayo 5km on Friday evening, May 3, 2013. You can learn more about our training programs by clicking here.
