Fall 2008 Track Schedule

Our SPEEDWORK sessions are Year round!

Our FALL SCHEDULE is now posted on this page.

Join Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa and the Tulsa Running Club each Tuesday at 6:00 pm at the University of Tulsa Track Stadium (located at 6th and Delaware) for a weekly speed work session.  David Brennan of the OU Tulsa Human Performance Laboratory and Bobby Bomer faciitate the workout each week.  

Recommended warmup: run 2 to 4 laps clockwise around the track to warm up. 
Yoga stretching routine is held at: 6pm (lasts about 5 minutes)
Speed workout begins immediately after Yoga workout.
