Spring 2019 Fleet Feet Bike Training

Use this form to let us know which group you plan to ride with primarily and your goal distance at Tulsa Tough (if known).

  • D2: 10-12mph on relatively flat bike paths. This group will ride shorter, easier routes.
  • D1: 10-12mph on rolling open road rides
  • C2: 13mph
  • C1: 14mph
  • B2: 15mph
  • B1: 16mph
  • A: 18-20mph. This group will ride longer routes and requires extra training during the week.
