TRAIN TO WALK A MILE!

This coached, organized program is designed for beginner walkers who want to get on the road to fitness. It offers a welcoming, effective, and motivational way to get started walking to successfully complete one mile in a very gradual manner. This program increases the walk time and pace over the duration of the program. It offers coach led groups for various abilities with support, motivation and encouragement from seasoned coaches. Make-it-a-Mile is also a great “pre-program” for those wishing to join our Walk FIT Camp program (which is aimed at training you to walk a 5k race – 3.1 miles).

 
PROGRAM FORMAT (4 Weeks)
Each Session Includes 
- Two coached walks per week.
