Join one of our motivational, group training programs and we will assist in getting and keeping you fit!  We offer walking and running programs for ALL abilities. 

We offer the following training programs at various times of the year.  Call the store or drop by to learn when the next program starts: 
- Beginning Walking Program
- Advanced Walking Program (more details coming soon)
- No Boundaries - Running 101 (beginning running program)
- Next Steps - Running 201 (intermediate running program,) 
- Half Marathon/Marathon Training Program (Fall program will begin in June/July)

Beginning Running Program 
Our next "No Boundaries" Training Program will begin on Monday, May 5.   You need to register to participate. 
 
Attend an Orientation Meeting to learn more: 
Monday, April 21 at 6pm or
Thursday, May 1 at 7pm

(need only attend 1 meeting; all meetings are held at Fleet Feet)

This organized training program offers the following: 
- 12 week training program
- coached weekly training runs (twice a week!)
- weekly motivational and educational emails
- educational clinics
- special product package
- and more!

NEXT STEPS: RUNNING 201 
Intermediate Running Program 
Our next "Next Steps" Training Program will begin on Monday, May 5 at 6pm at Fleet Feet.  This coached training program will take you from running or run/walking a 5k to running or run/walking a 10k!

Wednesday, April 23 at 6:00pm or
Monday, April 28 at 6:30pm
