The idea for 52 Fitness came about because we wanted to create a welcoming and social fitness facility for all ability levels. We envision 52 Fitness will have a similar feel to our Fleet Feet Training Programs with a positive and encouraging atmosphere and the name originates from us wanting to assist you 52 weeks out of the year!
52 Fitness has a great selection of group classes designed to help you tone up and strengthen your body. From Urban Fit 101 to Core Fit to yoga, 52 Fitness has a class to meet your workout goals.
There are several membership options to choose from at 52 Fitness. You can register for a "Class Pass" (with a limited number of classes), a monthly membership with unlimited classes, individualized Personal Training sessions, and we also have a "locker room access only" (with towel service) for those who want to run or walk and need someplace to shower.
