Train on two wheels with Fleet Feet Bike Training! Organized, fun and effective we have groups from ~12mph to ~20mph to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels and cycling experience. Coach-led and supported, it's just like our legendary run and walk training programs but on bikes!
This program trains for the Saint Francis Tulsa Tough 100 mile, 64 mile, or 36 mile rides in June! Training begins on Thursday, March 21.
