Spring 2010 Track Schedule

OUR SPEEDWORK SESSIONS ARE YEAR ROUND!

Join Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa and the Tulsa Running Club EVERY Tuesday at 6:00 pm at the University of Tulsa Track Stadium (located at 6th and Delaware) for a weekly speed work session.  ALL ABILITIES workout at the track and are invited to come to this FREE weekly training session.  David Brennan of the OU-Tulsa Human Performance Laboratory and Bobby Bomer faciitate our workout each week.  

Recommended warmup: run 2 to 4 laps clockwise around the track to warm up. 
Yoga stretching routine is held at: 6pm (lasts about 5 minutes)
Speed workout begins immediately after Yoga workout.
