Description: No Boundaries is a coached & organized group training program aimed at those who are coming off the couch and wish to learn to run or walk a 5K. Your goal event is a 5K race (3.1 miles). Fleet Feet has over 14 years of experience in offering a beginner fitness training program and the continued success of our graduates is proof that our programs are effective at getting you to your goal. Pathways 10K Training More Info »

Program Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 6PM at Fleet Feet Blue Dome, Monday and Wednesday 6PM at Fleet Feet Broken Arrow, Tuesday and Thursday 6PM at Fleet Feet Kingspointe, Saturday 7:15am Rotating locations
Goal Race: Bedlam Run 10K
Program Fee: $89 (DOES NOT INCLUDE RACE REGISTRATION)
Description: Pathways is an 8 - 10 week coached intermediate running and walking program that is proven to help you build your endurance. Pathways prepares you to run or run/walk a 10k or 15k (goal distance will depend on season) in an effective and safe manner. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation for running longer distances so it is the perfect program for those who eventually want to train for a half marathon or marathon. Pathways offers pace groups for various abilities with support, motivation and encouragement from experienced certified coaches. In the fall this program is the official Tulsa Run 15K Training Program. Must have participated in No Boundaries FIT II (previously called No Boundaries II) or must be able to run or run/walk a 5k while maintaining a 14 min/mile.

Description: If you want to run or walk faster you have to do faster workouts! Our Tuesday track workout, open and appropriate to all abilities/paces, if the perfect high-intensity workout to complement your long runs/walks and other weekly workouts.

Advanced Half Marathon Program More Info »

Program Schedule: One on one customized Daily Training Schedules, Saturday 7:00am Rotating Locations
Goal Race: Route 66 Half Marathon
Program Fee: $169 (DOES NOT INCLUDE RACE FEE)
Description: The Fleet Feet Tulsa Advanced Half Marathon Training Program (AHT) is designed for runners of all abilities who have the desire to improve upon past performance. Participants from past programs have trained for 3:20 to 6:00 goal marathons. The AHT Programs are unique in that throughout a training season the Coach provides training advice and adjusts workouts to maximize the success of each individual runner. In addition, the workouts for the AHT Program are progressive in nature (each workout builds on previous workouts), adding mileage and speed at the same time. Paces are dictated and workouts are focused on current fitness level so that the increase in mileage and speed can be done safely. The program has proven to be very successful. Since the start of the program, 92% of participants that have completed the AHT program have had a personal record in their goal race with rare occurrence of injury. Must have run at least a combination of three marathons/half marathons to gain approval for the AHT program.
