NO BOUNDARIES Training Class
Beginners Running and Walking "Couch to 5k" Training Class

Join this beginning WALKING and RUNNING class and go from the couch to a 5k race in 12 weeks. The Spring Session of No Boundaries officially began on Monday, February 8, 2010 at Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa.

The Fleet Feet Sports NO BOUNDARIES Training Class is a 12-week beginning WALKING and RUNNING curriculum designed to guide you safely and effectively into becoming more fit. This organized training class offers coaching, organized weekly workouts, a specific training schedule aimed at a goal event, pace groups for runners and walkers, weekly communication and motivation, special clinics, a special product package, and more! Visit the store to learn more and to register. 

Requirements: If you are just beginning an exercise program, you are encouraged to see your doctor. This doctor visit will also provide you a baseline to track your progress. You must be able to walk for at least 20 minutes at a brisk pace before beginning this training class.

NEXT STEPS Training Class
Intermediate Running and Walking Training Class

Take the "Next Step" in your training and let us train you to run or walk farther and faster. This intermediate walking and running Training Class will prepare you for the 10k distance (6.2 miles).

Join our "Summer Session" of Next Steps which will begin on Monday, May 17, 2010. 

Goal event for our summer session of Next Steps will be the:  Route 66 Quarter Marathon!

Informational Meetings are scheduled for:  Monday, April 26 at 7:00pm or Tuesday, May 11 at 6:00pm at Fleet Feet. 

This training class is designed to take you the NEXT STEP in your training.  This organized and coached class will offer a WALKING pace group, as well as 3 RUNNING pace groups and will add variety and intensity to your training.

 

It will take you from a 5k to a 10k distance. This class will introduce the runners to speedwork, tempo runs, hill running, and running longer distances.  This class will introduce our intermediate walkers to proper walking form, hill workouts and walking longer distances.

 
This organized training class offers coaching, 2 organized weekly workouts, a specific training schedule aimed at a goal event, pace groups, weekly communication and motivation, special clinics, a special product package, graduation party, and more!

Spring 2010 TRAINING PROGRAM -- Train for Oklahoma City With Us!

This organized and coached training class will train you to run a Spring half marathon or marathon.  The "goal event" will be the 10th annual Oklahoma City Memorial marathon or half marathon on Sunday, April 25, 2010 (our training schedule will also include other popular marathons throughout the country) .  Since starting our program in 2004, we have trained over 3200 local runners for either a half-marathon or marathon!  We have the best coaches and most organized program in Northeastern Oklahoma! 

Spring Program includes: experienced coaches, organized weekly training runs and walks, special product package, coached group workouts, pace groups for all abilities, planned courses, aid stations, clinics, special post-party, and more!
