nO boundaries - RUNNING 101

Join this beginning running program and go from the couch to a 5k in 12 weeks. 
Program begins on Monday, May 19! 

Our next No Boundaries - Running 101 Training Program will begin again in earnest in May -- if you are not familiar with this beginning running program, then please plan to attend an ORIENTATION MEETING to learn more.  

The Fleet Feet Sports No Boundaries - Running 101 Training Program is a beginning running program designed to guide you safely and effectively into becoming a runner. This organized running program offers coaching, organized weekly runs, a specific training schedule aimed at a goal event, weekly communication and motivation, special clinics, a special product package, and more! Attend an Orientation Meeting to learn more and to register. 

Orientation Meetings are scheduled for: 
- Monday, May 12 at 6:00pm -- FINAL MEETING!

(Meetings are held at Fleet Feet; You need only attend 1 meeting to learn more and to register.)

This training program officially begins on Monday, May 19 at 5:30pm at Fleet Feet (NEW START DATE and NEW GOAL RACE).  You need to register for this program to participate.  Program fees and details will be discussed at the Orientation Meetings.

Requirements: If you are just beginning an exercise program, you are encouraged to see your doctor. This doctor visit will also provide you a baseline to track your progress. You must be able to walk for at least 30 minutes at a brisk pace before beginning this program.

NEXT STEPS - RUNNING 201 training program
Take the "next step" in your training and train to run longer. 
Scheduled to begin on Monday, May 19 at 6pm at Fleet Feet (NEW START DATE and NEW GOAL RACE).

This training program is designed to take you the NEXT STEP in your training.  Running 201 will add variety and intensity to your training and will take you from run/walking a 5k to a 10k (6.2 miles). This program will introduce you to speedwork, tempo runs, hill running, and running longer distances.  This organized running program offers coaching, organized weekly runs, a specific training schedule aimed at a goal event, weekly communication and motivation, special clinics, a special product package, and more!

FALL 2008 TRAINING PROGRAM  - train for a half or full marathon!  Registration will open in june.

This organized and coached training program will train you to run a FALL half marathon or marathon.   Since starting our program in 2004, we have trained over 1800 local runners for either a half-marathon or marathon!  

 Let us get and keep you motivated!
