Program Start: Friday, November 25, 2016
Program Schedule: Monday 6pm Pint Night at Blue Dome, Tuesday TU Track 6PM, Thursday 6PM Kingspointe (informal meet up), Saturday 7am "Tweener" Run or Walk rotating locations, Sunday 8am at Turkey Mountain (Mountain Goats)
Goal Race: Sweetheart Run
Program Fee: FREE
Description: Winter Warrior is a FREE program to help runners and walkers stay motivated during the holiday months and is in conjunction with our "tweener" runs and walks on Saturday mornings. A "tweener" run or walk is something we have available to past participants, new runners and walkers, or anyone that is interested in continuing on after they have completed their goal races, or needing to keep their miles up for a winter race. Winter Warrior is a 12 week program that will start on Friday, November 25th with the Turkey Trot and ends with the Sweetheart Run on Saturday February 18th.

Program Fee: $70 (DOES NOT INCLUDE RACE FEE)
Description: No Boundaries FIT I is a coached & organized group training program aimed at those who are coming off the couch and wish to learn to run. Your goal event is a 5K race (3.1 miles). Fleet Feet has over 10 years of experience in offering a "couch to 5K" learn to run program and the continued success of our graduates is proof that our programs are effective at getting you to your goal. Must be able to walk briskly for 30 min straight without struggling. Please consult with your doctor before starting a fitness program.

Description: Walk FIT Distance is an 8 -10 week coached walking program designed specifically to take your walking to the next level. This program is also excellent for those wishing to eventually train for even longer distances because it provides the foundation and knowledge needed to successfully walk longer. Must have completed a 5k recently and be able to do an 18 minute mile without struggling.

Goal Race: Sweetheart Run 10K
Program Fee: $90 (DOES NOT INCLUDE RACE REGISTRATION)
Description: Pathways is an 8 - 10 week coached intermediate running program that is proven to help you build your endurance. Pathways prepares you to run or run/walk a 10k or 15k (goal distance will depend on season) in an effective and safe manner. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation for running longer distances so it is the perfect program for those who eventually want to train for a half marathon or marathon. Pathways offers pace groups for various abilities with support, motivation and encouragement from experienced certified coaches. In the fall this program is the official Tulsa Run 15K Training Program. Must have participated in No Boundaries FIT II (previously called No Boundaries II) or must be able to run or run/walk a 5k while maintaining a 14 min/mile.

Description: Advanced Pathways is an 8 - 10 week coached intermediate running program specifically designed to help you improve your 10k time (or 15k Tulsa Run time for fall). Advanced Pathways offers various pace groups and provides the same coaching, support, motivation and encouragement that all of our training programs are famous for. Advanced Pathways also offers a great foundation in terms of mileage and workouts for those who wish to go even longer distances in the future. In the fall this program is the official Tulsa Run 15K Training Program. If your goal is to improve your 10k (or Tulsa Run 15k) time, then this is the program for you! Must have participated in Pathways or can run or run/walk a 10k while maintaining a 13:00 min/mile.

Description: Our half marathon program is an advanced distance training program for runners and walkers. This program will prepare you to run or walk a half marathon in 16-19 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our half marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. There are 13 half marathon pace groups. To be successful in our half marathon training, you must be able to run or walk 4-6 miles without struggling.

Description: Our full marathon program is an advanced distance training program for runners and walkers. This program will prepare you to run or walk a full marathon in 16-19 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our full marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. There are 11 marathon pace groups. To be successful in our marathon training, you must be able to run or walk 6-8 miles without struggling.

Goal Race: Golden Driller Half Marathon or OKC Memorial Half Marathon
Program Fee: $165 (DOES NOT INCLUDE RACE FEE)
Description: The Fleet Feet Tulsa Advanced Half Marathon Training Program (AHT) is designed for runners of all abilities who have the desire to improve upon past performance. Participants from past programs have trained for 3:20 to 6:00 goal marathons. The AHT Programs are unique in that throughout a training season the Coach provides training advice and adjusts workouts to maximize the success of each individual runner. In addition, the workouts for the AHT Program are progressive in nature (each workout builds on previous workouts), adding mileage and speed at the same time. Paces are dictated and workouts are focused on current fitness level so that the increase in mileage and speed can be done safely. The program has proven to be very successful. Since the start of the program, 92% of participants that have completed the AHT program have had a personal record in their goal race with rare occurrence of injury. Must have run at least a combination of three marathons/half marathons to gain approval for the AHT program.
