New WalkFit program begins Feb. 27
The newest training program at Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa is designed to make fitness an obtainable goal for everyone. This program is catered to individuals who have been inactive, but desire the tools and motivation needed to adopt a walking routine and healthier lifestyle. By the end of the program, participants will be prepared and encouraged to walk a 5k or fun run event.
