Urban Fit – An Exciting New Cross Training Program
Commitment: 6 or 12 classes
Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa’a official new Urban Fit program has been developed to meet the demand for cross training and strength development. This program is an excellent way to build core strength and get a cardio workout in through participating in coached group classes where body weight exercises will be utilized.
Class Format: We will be offering Urban Fit at Fleet Feet Blue Dome on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays evenings at 6pm. You can attend classes once or twice per week.
How to Register: In-store registration is now open, you can register for 6 classes ($35) or 12 classes ($60). You can register and start this program at anytime!
Zoomerangs – youth training program, ages 5-12 started Monday April 1
Commitment: 6 weeks
With childhood obesity at an all-time high, especially in Oklahoma, Zoomerangs is a training program designed specifically for children. With a well-trained coaching staff, children are introduced to the fun and benefits of exercise while building a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Upon completion, kids will be ready for a 5K or one-mile fun run.
Class Format: One weekly class workout per week beginning at 5:45 p.m. and ending promptly at 6:45 p.m. (parent will be charged $1 for each minute they are late in picking up their child). Children are divided into smaller groups and the coaches will lead them in a variety of games, as well as running laps with prizes awarded each evening. By the end of the six weeks, children will be prepared to complete the fun run or 5k race at the Cinco de Mayo on Friday evening, May 3, 2013.
- Mondays from 5:45-6:45 p.m. Classes begin Monday, March 25, 2013 for south Tulsa/Carnegie location
- $25 and includes a cotton T-shirt, group workouts, prizes, and a Pizza Party! (does not include race registration fee).
Due to the adjusted Zoomerangs program start date of April 1st, the Pizza Party will now be on Monday May 6 at 5:45pm.
2013 Spring Strollin’ Moms & More – social training program
This program is organized and designed especially for moms by Fleet Feet as a way to help moms improve or maintain their health while meeting other moms with an interest in fitness. Strollers are welcome at each workout and water is provided.

Work towards becoming a better runner or walker. This is a 7 week training class aimed at getting you in better shape while having a little fun with some fellow moms.
