To join 15/30 Training as part of Pathways, simply list your pace group as 15/30 during registration.


TRAIN TO RUN/WALK A 10K USING 15/30 TRAINING

What is 15/30 Training? 

15/30 Training is a new Pathways interval training group that meets at our KingsPointe Village location (61st and Yale).  If you can currently run or walk three miles while maintaining a 15/min pace, you can complete this training program.  In this program, we will be running 15 seconds/walking 30 seconds, utilizing both running and walking muscles.  This type of training reduces fatigue and the risk of overuse on muscles and joints, and speeds up recovery.  Added bonus:  Research shows that interval training increases fitness, burns more calories over a short period of time than steady-state cardio, and is a great stress release. 

15/30 Training will consist of three weekly organized and coached training intervals, each having a specific purpose.

  • Tuesdays – cadence drills and race pace
  • Thursdays – hills and hill repeats
  • Saturdays – long slow

15/30 Training is a game changer for both runners and walkers who want to take their training to the next level.  Come join us!  When you register online for Pathways, simply put “15/30” under the pace group field.

KINGSPOINTE: Tuesday & Thursday - 6pm

SATURDAY MORNING RUNS: Location will rotate between Fleet Feet stores - 7:15am
