HIT/MIT Pace Group

HIT/MIT Participants: Please fill out this short form to help us place you in the proper pace group for SATURDAY long runs/walks. Weekday workouts use condensed pace groups with HIT and MIT together. To pick a pace group, use the "Time" column which is your GOAL finish time for the race and the "Base Pace" column which is pace at which the majority of your Saturday miles will be run or walked.
