Weekly Training Runs

Our FUN RUNS/WALKS are year-round! 

Are you looking for a fun, welcoming group to run with? Join us each week for our weekly fun runs. All fun runs start and finish at Fleet Feet unless otherwise noted. 

MONDAY and THURSDAY EVENING FUN RUNS
Runs of various distances and paces start from the store at 6:00pm.  Looking for a running partner?  Come join us on Monday and Thursday evenings!  Our No Boundaries - Running 101 (check our training page for the next session) meets at 5:30 pm from the store on Monday's and Thursday's while our Running 201 and Advanced Walking groups meet at 6:00 pm on Monday's and Thursday's. 

SATURDAY LONG RUNS
Join our marathon and half-marathon program long runs on Saturday mornings (call store for location and time).  Runs normally start and finish at 31st and Riverside Drive.  Call the store for weekly locations, as sometimes the run starts from Fleet Feet for a hill loop.  Distances and paces vary.  These Saturday long runs are the largest organized long runs in Oklahoma!  

SPEED WORK
Wanting to get faster? We also offer a special “Speed Work” program every Tuesday at the University of Tulsa Track Stadium on the TU Campus. Click here for more details on our SPEED WORK PROGRAM.
